We welcome all to come and learn more, practice and share.



Following the teachings of Thich Naht Hanh we practice formal and informal meditation Sunday's & Thursdays..

Formal Meditiation:  We practice compassionately bringing our attention to a focus point (breath, phrase, candle, foot steps).

Informal Meditation:  We practice being mindful throughout our day by paying attention to our thoughts, speech and actions.

We aim to find peace here and now, unconditionally, by awakening to our true selves.

We aim to cultivate loving kindness towards ourselves, others, animals and the environment through our gradual and cultivated awakening.

We open non-judmental awareness to the joys and suffering within and outside of ourselves through our practice in order to help the world.

Time is of the essence.
